The International Makeup Artist Trade Show is home to artists around the world, where we all come together to appreciate one another and share the one thing we all love... Makeup!
In 2018, Make-Up Artist Magazine brought together a group of artists for a new article in the magazine. What first started out with a simple interview blossomed into a grand photo shoot and finally into a demo at IMATS in LA of 2019.
Most of the artists who worked on the Young Hollywood article quickly jumped on board for this special demo.

Victoria and Alie Fleck were one of those artists who quickly began thinking of a way to expand and formulate an idea for a new, but similar makeup. Their model/actress from the magazine cover was unfortunately unavailable the day of the demo. However, fortunately they found a very unique model who can transform with a snap of your fingers. Ashlynne Dae had previously worked with Shelby Michael Patton and was on board with this demo.
Alie Fleck had a brilliant idea. Ashlynne loves to use her hands and Alie wanted to bring something to her hands that let her showcase them but also giving that High Priestess Power. She used gold leaf and randomly placed them on her fingers that trailed down her hand and onto her wrist. This simple idea turned heads and allowed Ashlynne to really feel empowered.
Victoria focus was on how to form the makeup to a new face. She wanted to make the eyes a bit more subtle and instead focus more on a lip. She loved the idea of gold leaf and placed that onto her bottom lip. The dark purple made her eyes pop but also giving her more of a mysterious and up-to-no good look.
Ashlynne was a team player and loved walking around the show with Death. (As seen in video below)
